Taylor Wallace

With eight years of training under her belt, Coach Tay brings both a depth and breadth of training knowledge, and an inclusive, supportive approach to TGC. Coach Tay believes that every BODY is an athlete, and she will push members to discover all the incredible ways their body can move and grow in congruence with their goals. Coach Tay’s background has specialized in weightlifting and 1:1 personal training, in addition to competition/race prep and injury prevention and recovery. In her spare time, you can find Taylor reading at a coffee shop, taking a TGC class, or probably with a donut in her hand.
