Welcome to The Garage Chicago. Whether you're here to lift heavier, move better, or take your training to the next level, we’ve built a space that brings strength, recovery, and personal coaching. If it’s your first time with us, here’s everything you need to know.

Free Class Trial → Get four class credits to experience our classes. You’ll have ten days to train at the garage for strength & conditioning classes and/or the apartment for infrared yoga classes & kettlebell/mace flows.

3-Pack Personal Training Trial → Want 1:1 coaching? We offer a 3-Pack of Personal Training for $270. Designed for those looking for personalized programming, technique refinement, and serious progress. Application required.

You've made the decision—now it's time to take action. Once you've signed up for your first class, all that’s left is to show up for yourself.

✔ Show up 10 minutes early to meet your coach and get familiar with the space.

✔ Checking in? Simple. Use the iPads at the front to sign yourself in.

✔ Freshen up? Bathrooms are on-site for your convenience.

At The Apartment, we take care of the details—yoga towels, face towels, and mats are provided—so all you need to do is bring yourself.
