HAF (HEAVY AF) is our strength training program designed to build muscle and develop maximal strength through progressive overload.
Each session centers on one primary lift, supported by accessory movements that improve technique and promote long-term strength development.

STRONG X
POWER & ATHLETICISM
STRONG X (SX) is our strength and conditioning class designed to develop athletic strength and power.
Athletes move through structured blocks of explosive lifts, dynamic strength work, and short conditioning efforts that train the body to produce force quickly and move efficiently. Expect a blend of movement patterns that improve coordination, speed, and durability.
SX bridges the gap between maximal strength and high-output performance, helping athletes move faster, lift explosively, and apply strength in real-world athletic movement.
HYBRID
WORK CAPACITY & FATIGUE RESISTANCE
HYBRID is our high-volume conditioning class designed to build work capacity: the ability to sustain effort when fatigue sets in.
Athletes move through longer efforts combining runs, rogue bikes, ergs, and functional strength performed at a challenging pace. These sessions develop muscular endurance, pacing, and the ability to repeatedly produce output while managing fatigue.
This style of training prepares athletes for hybrid competitions like Athalon Games, Hyrox, and other mixed-modality events.
