1. Is there parking available?

Yes! There is ample free parking available on Campbell and Chicago Ave.

2. Where is The Garage Chicago Gym located?

Our Personal Training space is at 2444 W Chicago, and our Group Training space is at 2501 W Chicago. Two convenient locations across the street from each other to cater to your fitness needs.

3. What amenities do you offer?

We offer two exceptional gym spaces, featuring both indoor and outdoor facilities. In our Group Training space, you'll find two bathrooms, a shower, lockers, and an expansive 3500 square feet for a great workout and space to socialize and relax. Meanwhile, our Personal Training space offers a bathroom, 3000 square feet of dedicated workout space, lockers, and an additional recovery area. At both locations, we provide the convenience of purchasing healthy snacks and drinks to optimize your fitness goals.

4. What should I bring?

Wear athletic clothing, bring a water bottle (optional as we have filtered water), and wear athletic footwear. Cross-training shoes are recommended, but we also support barefoot training for foot muscle engagement.

5. How did you become the best gym in Chicago?

Our success stems from hard work, genuine athletes, and knowledgeable Coaches who share our core values. We started in a backyard garage and have kept our mission in the community first at the forefront. This recipe has made The Garage Chicago Gym a place of greatness.

6. How many times a week should I train?

It depends. Each athlete differs on where in their strength training journey they are starting. The goal is to gradually build our athletes into a Strength training program at least 3-4x/ week. However, stress, sleep, and nutrition all play a large role. While it may be optimal to get 3-4 sessions of strength training in a week, we also consider quality of life and work/life stressors. We highly suggest scheduling a Complementary Movement Assessment with your Coach to get a better understanding of how many sessions you should train based on your specific lifestyle.

Please be aware: Both Personal Training and Group Class appointments adhere to a 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Additionally, all memberships necessitate a minimum 30-day notice for cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and our commitment to maintaining the best gym in chicago.
